DATE REALIZATIONS

Standard orders:
Orders, that are earlier confirmed (or complete designs are sent to us: Cdr, Eps, PDF, PSD, TIFF) before wednesday, 16:00, will be sent to you by Poczta Polska (registered parcel) on the following day, that is on thursday. The package will be delivered within 5 working days in the whole of Europe.

Express orders:
Sent from monday to friday. In this case design's confirmation must take place before 16:00, the day previous to shipment (friday not included).

Sample design's confirmation:
before 16:00 on monday - shipment on tuesday
before 16:00 on tuesday - shipment on wednesday
before 16:00 on wednesday - shipment on thursday
before 16:00 on thursday - shipment on friday

GUARANTEES
Each design sent by you is checked for quality, so we could ensure the best possible printing quality of our cards. Each design is also checked for matter compliance. Should we make any mistakes - we will refund all your expenses. We would like to ask you to send any claims within 5 days upon receiving the package. After this date, claims will not be adjusted.
SHIPMENT
We offer you these 3 delivery ways:

Priority registered letter (up to 2kg). Such a letter should be delivered within 5 working days.

Package (up to 20kg). Such a package should be delivered within 5 working days.

Courier (forwarding firm). If you decided to place a larger order we could arrange for a courier delivery.
